This is Chloe at 10 Wks. The morning of this pic I had cramps & bleeding. This was an emergency ultrasound.

After I saw her, I knew that I would have done & endured anything to ensure her safety. Not as the result of much soul searching but of instinct. There was no question in my mind (and never had been) that this little person, with brain waves and “tooth buds”, needed me to protect her, to love her, to ensure her safe passage into this world and this life.

Though my pregnancy was the result of careful planning, women across the world are robbed of their womanhood based on the idea that they shouldn’t have to ruin their lives with an unplanned pregnancy.

Those pro-abortion are so convinced that unplanned motherhood ruins lives & devolves feminism that they don’t even want women to see their own unborn children in ultrasounds. They taut the stories of women unaffected by their abortions, who are glad they had them and have no regrets. But none of these make it right. Many who what they shouldn’t are unaffected, glad, and have no regrets.

We are told abortion is Anti-Woman.

Yet abortionists rape & molest, preying on the young and the poor, the confused and the vulnerable. Who protects those women’s rights?

Planned Parenthood workers cover up statutory rape not only when young women confess that that is how they came to be pregnant in the first place but when their rapists themselves bring them in for the abortion.

Women who are seeking guidance & support are counseled to kill their child. The overwhelming reason for abortions is that the woman feels she lacks the resources and support. Isn’t it anti-feminist to, instead of giving that woman the resources she needs to do what she actually wants to do with her body, to counsel her out of her choice and desire?

Botched abortions rush women to the ER & sometimes kill them - botched LEGAL abortions. And at alarming rates. http://www.lifenews.com/2013/01/21/planned-parenthood-botches-abortion-tries-to-hide-victim/ Even if these workers were just trying to shield the woman from prying eyes, why are so many medical emergencies happening at abortion clinics in the first place?

We cannot claim to support women’s rights while advocating abortion unless the only woman’s right is that to a life lived for herself. She should be supported, loved, treated with dignity - the same as her growing child.

On this 40th ann of Roe V Wade, when over 55 million babies, presumably 1/2 of them female, have been destroyed, take a moment to reconsider the meaning of LIFE. And let’s not forget that the women whose cases opened these doors - Roe of Roe v Wade and Doe of Doe v Bolton - were both young, desperate, poor women who were taken advantage of and manipulated into these cases, are unequivocally pro-life and have never had abortions.
